This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between the Law Book Publishing Company (the “Publisher”) and the CPR Law Firm (the “Firm”) on this 1st day of January, 2023.

| The Firm grants the Publisher the exclusive right to publish, distribute, and sell the Book to the public for a period of five (5) years, commencing on the date of execution of this Contract. |

| In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Publisher agrees to pay the Firm a royalty of 15% of the net proceeds from the sale of each copy of the Book. |
